Prerequisites
- SoftExpert Copilot as part of the solutions acquired by the organization.
- Cloud-hosted SoftExpert Suite environment.
- Access the menu Query > Integration History (COP020).
Presentation
In the Integration History, you can view the complete record of all executions performed by the APIs configured in SoftExpert Copilot, including any failures that occurred during execution.
The query feature is essential for clients to monitor SoftExpert Copilot usage and analyze the reasons for potential failures. By accessing the Integration History (COP020), it is possible to view details such as date, time, API used, and execution status.
This article will present the SoftExpert Copilot query screen.
View integration history
1. To view the integration history, go to Query > Integration History (COP020).
2. Conduct the research using the desired data.
3. Integrations that match the search criteria will be displayed. For each integration record, the following data will be presented:
- Status: the integration status, which can be Completed or with an Error;
- Executor: name of the person who carried out the execution;
- Component: name of the component in which the integration was performed;
- Integration: type of integration performed (translation, notification, generative AI or IDP);
- API: Name of the API used;
- Start of execution: start date and time;
- End of execution: date and time of completion;
- Execution time: total duration of the execution.
The integrations shown refer to the last 90 days.

4. To view the technical details of an integration, such as Request , Response , and Error , select the record and click View data.
