SoftExpert Copilot views

 

Prerequisites

  • SoftExpert Suite environment hosted in the cloud.
  • Access to the View > Integration history (COP020) menu.
  • "AI features'' permission enabled in Configuration > Access group (CM011) > Other permissions > AI features.

 

Introduction

In the integration history, it is possible to view the complete record of all executions performed by the APIs configured in SoftExpert Copilot, including any failures that occurred during the execution.

The view feature is essential for monitoring SoftExpert Copilot consumption and analyzing the reasons for possible failures.

When accessing the Integration history (COP020), it is possible to see details such as date, time, API used, and execution status.

In this article, the SoftExpert Copilot view screen will be displayed.

 

Viewing the integration history

1. Access the View > Integration history (COP020) menu.

2. Conduct a search with the desired data.

3. The integrations that match the search criteria will be displayed. For each integration record, the following data will be presented:

  • Status: integration status, which can be Finished or with Error.
  • Executor: name of the person who carried out the execution.
  • Component: name of the component in which the integration was performed.
  • Integration: type of integration performed (translation, notification, generative AI or IDP).
  • API: name of the API used.
  • Execution start: start date and time.
  • Execution end: end date and time.
  • Execution time: total duration of the execution.

The integrations displayed refer to the last 90 days.

4. To see the technical details of an integration, such as Request, Response, and Error, select the record and click on View data.

User following the steps described above to view the technical details of an integration.

Advanced search filters

Use the filters described below to find the desired record(s) through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

General

Use the fields of this filter to find the desired integration. To do this, fill in one or more fields:

  • Status: select the status of the integration (Executing, Finished or Error).
  • Executor: specify the executor of the integration.
  • Integration: select the integration type (File translation, Text translation, Gen AI & NLP, or Intelligent processing - IDP).
  • API: select the API used (SoftExpert Suite, Amazon AWS v3, Google v2, Google v3, or Azure AI Document Intelligence).
  • Execution start: enter the start dates of the execution.
  • Execution end: enter the end dates of the execution.

After filling in the desired fields, click on SEARCH.

  • Use the Report configuration feature, from the toolbar, to view further details about the records:
